I am a S/M and went with the medium based on reviews. It fit well - with a stretchy back and a side zipper but the straps were strangely short. I had them maxed out and the "bustier cups" were halfway up my chest. Im not absurdly tall (5'9") but it seems like this was made for shorter people. If it wasn't for the straps, i would have kept the dress
